CAL 2.0 vs 1.4 API

CAL with OpenCL SDK 2.0

motivated by recent builds of Everest:

-r800 support
-adds 3d grids for kernels (CS?): calprogramgrid3d
-adds info device about support for 3d grids and info dual shader
-OpenCL kernels use il_cs_2_0 as AMD IL code

-defines cedar,redwood defines as targets of compilation
-Some new image formats (?)

Coming (because expected in OpenCL):
Surely GL interop calGLAssociate..
New instructions for r800 targets in AMD il: 24 int muls,sad,etc..
new r800 hw features:
*GDS registers and sync
*wave sync (if not are shared registers)
Not sure:
*Concurrent kernel execution
